Hi everyone! I’m the esthetician and eyelash technician at Charlotte Lynn & Co. Salon. I graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in Sherwood, Arkansas in 2022. Since graduating, my passion for the skincare industry has only grown! I specialize in classic and hybrid lash extensions, as well as multiple facial services. Working with my clients to maintain skin health, enhance their natural beauty and increase their inner and outer confidence is my ultimate goal!
Ashley Holland
Owner of Charlotte Lynn + Co Salon and hairstylist of Heber Springs for 10 years. Primarily specializing in Harper Ellis hair extensions, blondes and lived in color. My passion for the beauty industry started with my love for giving people the gift of thicker hair! There’s nothing like making a person feel comfortable in their own skin and teaching them how to recreate that beauty salon finish at home by using the right tools and products. I look forward to making your hair dreams come true!
Larissa Rolleigh
I especially enjoy building relationships while working behind the chair. My specialty now is short haircuts but I enjoy long hair designs as well, and enhancing looks through creative use of natural looking hair color is another favorite of mine. My goal is bringing my clients an excellent experience so that they leave feeling that “Hair Day is a GREAT day!”
Rayne Cottrell
My name is Rayne Cottrell, I have been a licensed hairstylist since October of 2022. I graduated from Arthur’s Beauty College in Conway, AR. I started at Charlotte Lynn + Co Salon in September of 2023 and I am so excited to be here at my dream job. I have always enjoyed doing hair and I am so lucky that a hobby turned into a career. Aside from doing hair and makeup I also enjoy being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and playing with my cats.
